NORTH RANGE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH General Contractor: Roche Constructors This project was the construction of a new medical office building for North Range Behavioral Health. Our services included erosion control, 3' over excavation & recompaction of the existing fill material under the building & pavements, contaminated soil remediation, excess material export, foundation excavation & backfill, 1" - 1 1/2" water service, 6" DIP fire service, 4" sewer service, and storm drainage piping.
