WINONA ELEMENTARY General Contractor: Alliance Construction Solutions Project Manager: John Parks Superintendent: David Plumb This project was an administrative and classroom addition to the Winona Elementary School in Loveland. It involved importing and placing approximately 10,000 tons of stuctural fill for the new building pads. We also installed a new fire service, new fire hydrant, new sewer service, and an additional parking lot.
